Description
HO scale Burlington Northern Bay Window Caboose  a finely detailed, ready-to-run model that captures the prototype’s distinctive bay window design. The crew sits in a central section that projects from the car’s side, providing a better view of the train and helping reduce fall hazards on the layout.
Features include Barber-Bettendorf swing-motion caboose trucks, refined end rails and ladders, clear windows, and separately applied smoke jack and brake wheel. The highly detailed injection-molded body is painted and printed for realistic decoration, and the model rides on machined metal wheels with RP25 contours. It uses body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers and comes weighted for smooth, reliable operation on standard HO track. With a minimum radius of 18 inches, it fits common layouts and delivers credible, period-appropriate presentation.
