Description
HO 53-foot Husky Stack Well Car is a Gunderson-designed intermodal car built to carry two shipping containers in a stacked arrangement. At 53 feet long, this single-unit double-stack well car is a staple in modern intermodal service, widely seen on freight trains across North America.
Features include see-through etched metal walkways, a fully die-cast body for balanced weight, injection-molded end handrails and brake detailing, and accurate painting and lettering. The model rolls on free-rolling 70-ton trucks with 33-inch metal wheels and metal knuckle couplers, delivering reliable handling and easy coupling within standard intermodal consists.
