HO scale, ready-to-run Trinity 57-foot spine car in BNSF livery, designed to haul intermodal trailers and containers on model railroad layouts.
Designed for realistic operation, this model features a precision die-cast spine, etched metal walkways, and separately applied brake piping with fine ladder detail, all weighted for stable, smooth handling. McHenry scale knuckle couplers are installed and 33″ solid nickel-silver wheels with RP25 contours ensure reliable performance on most HO track. Trailer hitches are provided separately in raised and collapsed configurations to let you tailor the look to your layout, and the model supports a wide range of trailers and containers. With a 20″ minimum radius, it fits common HO curves. Based on Trinity-built intermodal equipment used by TTX in the late 1990s, this spine car offers an authentic, versatile addition to modern interchange scenes.
