Description
HO Genesis EMD SD70ACU Locomotive with DCC & Sound in Norfolk Southern livery, No. 7327, is a detailed HO-scale model that faithfully reproduces the NS SD70ACU rebuilds used on U.S. rails. This ready-to-run locomotive features an onboard DCC decoder with SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound and dual speakers for realistic engine, horn, and bell effects, and it operates on both DC and DCC layouts.
Equipped with illuminated truck lights and number boards, see‑through air intakes, and LED lighting, this locomotive delivers a convincing daytime and nighttime presence. The model combines a heavy die-cast frame with eight-wheel drive and all-wheel electrical pickup for smooth, reliable performance, plus RP25‑contoured wheels and body-mounted scale knuckle couplers for prototypical operation. It is DCC‑ready with a 21‑pin NEM connector, supports full DCC functions, and can be configured for MU lashups; scaled from prototype resources to reproduce accurate NS paint schemes and detailing.
