Description
HO Scale G2 AC4400CW Locomotive in Kansas City Southern livery, number 4614. This fully assembled, ready-to-run model faithfully reproduces GE’s AC4400CW and provides HO-scale railfans with a powerful freight locomotive for realistic yard and mainline scenes.
Authentic KCS detailing includes a Nathan K5LAR24 horn, front and rear ditch lights, PTC antennas and GPS domes, and a relocated air intake, along with illuminated number boards and cab lighting for night operations. The model sits on a heavy die-cast frame with a Genesis five-pole motor for strong pulling power and smooth operation, features all-wheel drive and RP25 wheels, and is DCC-ready with Quick Plug 21-pin NEM connectors; sound-equipped versions add Tsunami2 sound with dual speakers for engine, horn, and bell, while McHenry scale-knuckle couplers keep coupling prototypical. A full cab interior and see-through cab windows further enhance realism on layouts.
