Description
HO-scale EMD SD90MAC locomotive in Canadian Pacific livery, CPR 3747 (ex-UP 8262), a patched ex-UP unit relettered for CP with the American flag on its sides. It features a Nathan 3-chime horn, a large EMD plow, front ditch lights, and illuminated ground lights plus number boards for realistic lighting and operation.
Designed for HO layouts, this model is fully assembled and ready to run. It rides on a heavy die-cast frame with eight-wheel drive and RP25 wheels for smooth, confident pulling on common tracks. It includes DCC-ready Quick Plug technology with a 21-pin NEM connector, and sound-equipped versions add a Tsunami2 onboard sound system with dual cube speakers for engine, horn, and bell sounds in both DC and DCC modes with CV control. Fine-scale details such as see-through cab windows, etched walkway steps, and a realistic fuel tank enhance the overall realism, while an 18-inch minimum radius is recommended (22 inches on curves).
