A rugged build combines a heavy die-cast chassis with fine detailing, including a full cab interior, photo-etched cab steps, and separately-applied door latches. Two fuel-tank skirt styles let you match different Phase variants, while the drivetrain delivers smooth operation with a dual-flywheel, coreless motor. DC models are DCC-ready with NEXT-18 decoder sockets and speakers; DCC-equipped versions come with ESU decoders and sounds and include a Mo-Power power capacitor for reliable performance while switching on busy layouts.
