HO scale RF-16 Sharknose Locomotive A DMIR 730 in maroon and yellow with Paragon4 sound recreates Baldwin’s iconic Sharknose in true-to-life detail. The A-unit is powered and paired with a lightweight B-unit to form an authentic ABA set, ideal for heavy-haul ore or coal drags on a model railroad. An additional powered A-unit is available separately for expanding the roster, with prototypical DMIR liveries, road numbers, and lighting.
Designed for modern HO layouts, this model features Paragon4 sound with Rolling Thunder, a dual‑mode decoder for smooth DC or DCC operation, and a drive system engineered for heavy towing and smooth slow speed.
