HO-scale Amtrak ALC-42 locomotive numbered 305 in Phase VI livery is built for realistic operation on HO model railroads. Based on Bachmann’s ALC-42 design, it features a die-cast frame and finely detailed surfaces, and it’s equipped with a TCS WOWSound decoder delivering authentic 16-bit, 44.1 kHz diesel sound. Audio Assist provides easy setup without programming CVs, and a Keep-Alive device helps the locomotive keep running through dirty track or brief power interruptions.
