HO-scale SC-44 diesel-electric locomotive in AMTK WSDOT 1400 livery with DCC sound, designed to add authentic operation to an HO layout. It includes a WOWSound CD-quality 16-bit 44.1kHz decoder with Audio Assist for easy setup without programming CVs, plus a Keep-Alive device to maintain operation through dirty track or brief power interruptions.
Built on a Siemens-approved design, this SC-44 delivers a full feature sound packageâ€â€horn, bell, prime mover, start-up and shutdown, and moreâ€â€along with realistic lighting such as directional headlights, interior corridor lights, roof-mounted strobes, marker lights, and ditch lights. The die-cast frame provides heft and stability, while separately applied windshield wipers and other detailing parts add realism. A dual-mode NMRA-compliant decoder paired with Audio Assist makes decoder configuration straightforward with a voice-guided setup process for easy operation on most layouts.
