Description
This HO-scale smooth-side passenger coach with a lighted interior recreates the 1938 City of Rochester, providing an authentic mid-century passenger car for HO layouts. It features an authentic ACF passenger car design, transparent, tinted windows, and a finely painted body with precision graphics, while LED interior lighting brings the fully furnished interior to life.
On the rails, it rides on detailed trucks with see-through sideframes and blackened metal wheels with RP25 contours, and uses kinematic magnetically operated E-Z Mate Mark II couplers for smooth handling on tight-radius curves. Added weight helps achieve reliable tracking, and the car performs best on 22-inch radius curves or larger. The model measures about 12.25 inches long by 1.5 inches wide by 2 inches high, making it a faithful, eye-catching addition to any HO-scale fleet.
