HO scale CP Rail Center-Beam Flatcar with Bulkheads is a specialized model designed to haul bulk building materials such as lumber and drywall sheets. Center-beam cars are bulkhead flatcars reinforced with central supports to enable side-loading of bulk materials, and this model reproduces that design for authentic operation on HO-scale layouts, particularly on larger-radius curves.
Features include a detailed, painted body with precision graphics and a faithful underframe, plus separately applied bulkheads and stake assemblies, a separately applied brake wheel, and detailed trucks with see-through sideframes. It rolls on blackened metal wheels with RP25 contours and uses magnetically operated E-Z Mate Mark II couplers for smooth, reliable coupling.
