Description
HO-scale Old-Time 2-6-0 Mogul locomotive representing Southern Pacific 1827 is a ready-to-run model that captures the character of late-1800s steam operation for HO layouts.
Built on modern die-cast tooling with upgrades, it features prototype-specific details such as a unique smokestack, dome, headlight, lead truck and tender, plus an upgraded drive for smoother performance. Sound-equipped versions include Soundtraxx Econami sound, while non-sound versions offer a 21-pin plug for decoder installation. The model showcases razor-sharp painting and printing and uses McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers, making it a compelling centerpiece for Southern Pacific-era dioramas and layouts.
