Crafted with added material around the inner hinge pins (about 7% more) and a notably thicker profile that increases thickness by nearly 40%, the outer hinge-pin area is strengthened by about 28% and widened by roughly 9% at the outer end. Four heavy-duty support beams reinforce the design, and the arms are molded from an engineering-grade nylon blend for long-lasting performance.
