Description
An HO-scale 85-foot Trailer-On-Flat-Car (TOFC) flat car designed to carry two 40-foot trailers, capturing the intermodal workhorse that defined 1960s highway-to-rail service. Fully assembled and ready to run, it features detailed trailer hitches and factory-installed wire grab irons for a lifelike look on any layout.
Built with a metal underframe for correct rail height and dependable performance, it rolls on machined RP25-profile 33-inch metal wheels and uses swing-mount coupler boxes with McHenry scale-knuckle springs for prototypical operation. A minimum radius of 22 inches keeps it versatile on HO layouts, making it a convincing centerpiece for intermodal scenes.
